These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the GolyxAI application (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
GolyxAI is an informational and entertainment application that produces probability calculations based on statistical data from live football matches (shots, corners, match tempo and similar).
GolyxAI is NOT a betting platform, does NOT facilitate betting, and is NOT affiliated with any betting company. No deposit, wager or payout of any kind takes place through the App.
All probability percentages, predictions and "confidence scores" shown in the App are estimates based on statistical calculations and express no certainty or guarantee whatsoever. Football results are unpredictable by nature; past performance is not an indicator of future results.
The App does not constitute financial advice, investment advice or betting advice. The developer cannot be held responsible for any decision taken on the basis of information in the App (including, but not limited to, betting).
This App may not be used by persons under the age of 18. By using the App you represent that you are over 18 years of age.
The statistical information the App provides is not designed to encourage betting or gambling behaviour. If you believe your gambling habits are getting out of control, please seek help from a professional. Support services are available in most countries; in Türkiye you can contact the counselling services of Yeşilay.
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App without prior notice. The App is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free.
In versions where offered, free access includes 5 new analysis cards per installation per UTC day. The app shows your local reset time. Reopening a card unlocked with a free allowance or verified ad reward does not use another credit. Settled analyses and records created before the access limit's start remain free. New content accessed through Pro is available during an active subscription.
Where optional rewarded ads are available, up to 2 completed and server-verified ads per day each unlock 1 selected extra card. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Starting or dismissing an ad does not earn a reward; verification may be delayed. A card represents a specific analysis; different analyses for the same match may be separate cards.
Weekly, monthly and yearly GolyxAI Pro subscriptions provide the same features and remove the daily analysis-card limit. Apple displays the full period price and duration in your store currency before purchase. A yearly price covers the full year. No particular match, number of predictions or outcome is guaranteed.
Purchasing and restoring Pro requires Sign in with Apple. Apple processes payment on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period unless cancelled. Manage or cancel renewal in Profile → Manage subscription or your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or your Pro account does not cancel the subscription. Use Restore purchases with the same Apple account.
Refund requests can be submitted through Apple purchase support. Apple's standard end user licence agreement and mandatory consumer rights apply. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
All design, code, the brand name ("GolyxAI") and content within the App belong to the developer. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.
The App is provided "as is". The developer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages (including financial losses) arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
