How do I delete this device's data?
Open Profile → Delete this device's data and confirm. This device's server-side favourites
and notification preferences are deleted, and the app reopens with a new device identifier.
Uninstalling alone does not delete server records. If you use an older version or need help,
contact the support address above.
How are the predictions produced?
GolyxAI processes live match statistics (shots, corners, red cards and so on) together with
pre-match market data through a mathematical model to produce probability estimates. Reasoning
is shown where supporting evidence was recorded. It uses the data available when the prediction was made; missing statistics are not invented.
Are the predictions guaranteed?
No. Football is unpredictable by nature. GolyxAI is a statistical tool for information and
entertainment — it is not betting or investment advice.
Do I need to create an account?
Free access does not require an account. Where Pro subscriptions are offered, purchasing and restoring use Sign in with Apple. Your favourites belong to this app installation.
How do I manage my subscription?
Use Profile → Manage subscription or your Apple account settings. Restore purchases verifies the subscription belonging to the same Apple account. Deleting the app or your Pro account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
How do free cards and ad rewards work?
In versions with access limits enabled, you can open 5 new cards per day. The app shows the reset time. Reopening the same card uses no credit. Where optional ads are offered, up to 2 verified ads per day each unlock 1 selected card. If a reward is pending, use “Check reward” without watching another ad.
Which languages does the app support?
Turkish and English. The app follows your device language on first launch; you can switch at any
time using the language button at the top of the screen.
What happened to card and corner predictions?
Version 1.3 removes new card and corner predictions. Previously settled records remain in history. Corner and card statistics shown for live matches, where available, are separate from these discontinued prediction markets.
How do I choose phone notifications?
In version 1.3 and later, open Profile → Phone notifications to choose new live predictions, favourite results and achievement alerts separately. iOS permission is also required. Live and achievement alerts share a maximum of 3 per 24 hours; favourite results are separate. Achievement and pre-match result alerts start off. Achievement alerts are sent only when verified results meet the qualifying rules; they do not promise future success or profit. Turn off all phone notifications in the same section.
